Listed below are the benefits you can expect as a full-time employee of Awaken Salon and Wellness Spa.

Medical Coverage

Awaken Salon and Wellness Spa offers, full-time employee’s medical coverage after 90 days starting on the first of the following month.  Awaken Salon and Wellness Spa pays ½ of the employee’s individual monthly premium.

Awaken Salon and Wellness Spa also offers a Short Term Disability Plan.

Simple IRA Retirement Plan

This optional, tax-deferred salary plan is offered through AIM Financial Group and is designed to help employees save for retirement.  All regular, full-time employees who have been with the company for 1 year are eligible.

• Pre-tax dollars are deducted from an employee’s paycheck and deposited into accounts of his/her choice.
• Awaken Salon and Wellness Spa matches a portion of the election.
• Potential to Earn up to $ 5000.00 gross pay
• Participants must be age 21 to be eligible.

Holidays

Awaken Salon and Wellness Spa offers, full-time employee’s holiday pay.  After 90 days of completed continuous employment you are eligible for holiday pay.  Our designated holidays are as follows:

New Year’s Day                       Memorial Day

Independence Day                  Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day                   Christmas Day

Vacation

After one year of employment, regular, full-time employees will receive one week paid vacation (37 hours).  After three years of continued full-time employment more vacation time is acquired.
